Most agents have never turned a unit, chased a contractor, or furnished a home the week before a family moves in. I do all three — I own and operate SNL Properties, a portfolio of fully furnished homes here in Jefferson County.
That's the difference on the other side of the table. When I run numbers on a rental for you, they're the numbers I'd want on my own deal. When I stage a listing, I'm using what I've already watched work. And when a family needs a place to land fast, I've usually got a key.
