Everything on this site is general information about real estate in and around Jefferson County, Missouri. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it isn’t a substitute for advice from your own attorney, accountant or lender.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities or an investment opportunity, or a request for anyone to invest money with me. I help clients buy, sell, rent and improve real property as a licensed REALTOR®. I don’t pool or manage other people’s money.
Rents, costs, returns, payments and other figures on the site, including the payment calculator, are estimates for illustration. They aren’t quotes, appraisals or promises. Real estate investing carries risk, including losing money, and past results don’t predict future ones.
Sending a form, finishing the investor readiness questionnaire or talking with me doesn’t create an agency relationship or a client relationship. That only happens when we both sign a written agreement. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Hearth 2 Home Realty.
Lending is done by the lender, not by me. I am not a loan officer, and nothing here is a loan offer or a commitment to lend.
Photos, descriptions and availability for the furnished homes are shown in good faith and can change. The availability calendar comes from another booking system and can be out of date. A booking request or a waitlist spot isn’t a reservation: nothing is booked until I confirm it in writing, and every stay is governed by its own rental agreement.
I follow the federal Fair Housing Act and the Missouri Human Rights Act. I don’t discriminate in selling, renting, financing, advertising or any other housing service because of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status or national origin, or any other characteristic protected by state or local law.
